Returns.

Purchases are protected by Customer Contract Regulations 2013, which gives you a right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive your item.

To exercise your right of cancellation please notify us about your decision and we will give you all further details by e-mail: artisticsponge@gmail.com

Please allow us to resolve any problems before you decide to return, as we might advise other solutions to the problem.

The goods have to be returned promptly and in any case within 14 days since the notification of cancellation. The deadline is met when the goods are sent before the end of the 14 days period.

Refunds.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

The item must be in the original condition, with all foils remaining in place, including hygiene seal.

Item/s must not have been used, cleaned / washed or altered in any way.

While returning the item we will need an invoice sent with the item or a note with your full name and details of the transaction. Without proper details the order might be not indentyfied.

Refunds will not be issued without above mentioned requirements.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. We will refund the postage cost when ordered item was wrongly posted by us or the item has issues or other any other mistake by us.

If a customer withdraws from the contract, we will refund all the payments received from the customer within 14 days from the date on which the notification of cancellation is received.

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24 hours to respond to be able to process your return.

If you're refunding, we will refund you with the same method you paid us and email you once complete.

Exchanges.

If you wish to exchange, we will send out your new item as soon as possible after we receive the returning item.

Damaged items.

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

Please do not send us by yourself any returns in order to avoid unnecessary additional costs. If we are required under the above agreement to bear the return costs, we will send you a return label for the shipment after we receive your cancellation.
