Your order for will be shipped within 1 working day for all small stencils A3, A4 & A5.

Please allow us for bigger size stencils or stickers (+50 cm) to be produced for your custom order and be posted in up to 3-7 working days by Royal Mail Service or by the trusted couriers like: Parcel Force, My Hermes, Fedex, DPD and more.

If you order is a custom design we will agree separately about the time of delivery, usually up to 2-4 working days maximum.

For engraving or wooden cuts we need also 2-4 working days, unless agreed differently.

Purchase of the crystals / gemstones is immediately posted, as there are products on the stock and each is one of the kind and different.

Items purchased by weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter will be dispatched on next working day.

Delivery cost within UK is symbolic £1.00.

Orders within Europe cost £10.00.

The rest of the world orders cost £15.00.

Shipping time for international customers might take up to 3-20 transit days, depends of the country.

We are not responsible for any custom, import, duty fees that your country might charge. Please find out the rules before the purchase.

Our parcels are well packed into cardboard envelopes, boxes or tubes to ensure they are very well protect whilst the postal process.
